Illuminated manuscripts in the Prague National Museum and the Museum of Decorative Arts, Prague, [10---16--] [microform].

Microfilm copies of 132 European illuminated manuscripts from the medieval and Renaissance periods, now in collections in Prague. One hundred twenty-two manuscripts are from the Prague National Museum (Národní Muzeum v Praze) and 10 manuscripts and manuscript fragments are in the Museum of Decorative Arts (Uměleckoprůmyslové v Praze). The manuscripts date from the 10th through the 16th centuries and include those of French, Italian and Bohemian manufacture. The manuscripts were microfilmed through a joint project of the Institut de recherche et d'histoire des textes, the Prague National Museum, and the Getty Center for the History of Art and the Humanities.
